How is A3 monitoring different?
A3 is an advance on conventional ATP systems as it not only measures ATP, but also incorporates AMP and ADP levels. Using unique patented technology, this gives it far superior sensitivity for detection of food residues and allergens – especially for those found in meat, fish and processed food. Not only does this make it a safer way to determine cleanliness, it is also faster and more cost-effective as an additional protein swab is not necessary.
